Warranties Certain Widerview inc. items are covered by manufacturer warranties. To obtain a copy of a warranty prior to purchase, you can make a request in writing to: Customer Service Dept. Our Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your Widerview Village purchases* and will gladly credit you back for the full amount minus shipping for any item* that does not meet your expectations within 30 days or exchange it for another item of your choice. Please be sure to keep your original packaging material for 30 days or until you are sure you will keep your order. If you should need to return or exchange an item*, please email us at customerservice@widerview.com for instructions. Be sure to give us your name and order number. *Please Note: We do not guarantee our products against MOLD or MILDEW (which are caused by placing products in moist or humid locations), nor do we accept any returns or exchanges on products that have been laser engraved, embroidered, custom painted or in any way modified, re-sized or customized to your own personal specifications. Returning or Exchanging a Gift Gifts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Please keep your original packaging material for 30 days or until you know you will be keeping your gift. Please contact us via email at customerservice@widerview.com prior to returning or exchanging your gift for complete instructions. If this is an exchange, the new item will be sent once the first item is returned. If there is a difference in price, a store gift certificate will be emailed to you for the overage if the new item is less expensive, or if the new item is more expensive, we will charge your credit card for the difference. If this will be a return, once we receive your returned item, you'll receive an emailed gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at any of our 7 online stores in Widerview Village. The gift certificate will be emailed to you. (Don't worry--we will not let the gift giver know about your return or exchange.) Shipping Regular UPS ground shipping is prepaid to your home within the continental U.S. for most non-furniture orders that total $100.00 or more! Orders that are placed for large or heavy items which must be given special handling/packaging or shipped via truck freight may sometimes have an additional shipping fee added, which is displayed near the price on the product page on our site. The additional charge will show up on your shopping cart item description and automatically show up in the total column of the shopping cart. International Orders We do not ship our products to APO/FPO addresses or addresses outside the continental U.S. Please provide an address within the continental U.S. when placing your order. Sales Tax Sales tax is only required for orders that are being shipped to an address in California. Cancellation of Orders Widerview inc. reserves the right to cancel a customer's order at any time and for any reason. If we decide to cancel a customer's order for one of the products shown on our site, we will notify the customer via email, to let them know we have cancelled their order and that we will be refunding the customer's credit card for the original purchase price charged to their card.
